摘要
针对跨流域调水工程水环境安全评价中各指标的模糊性和不确定性,将信息熵理论应用于水环境安全评价中,建立了基于层次分析-信息熵的跨流域调水工程水环境安全模糊综合评价模型。采用污染源、水质、生态三类指标建立了综合评价指标体系,基于信息熵建立了专家自身权重模型来修正层次分析法得到的指标主观权重,得到的指标融合权重减少了权重确定的主观性。以引滦入津工程水环境安全评价为例介绍了该模型的具体运用,结果表明,该模型科学可靠,结果相对客观可信。
The information entropy theory is introduced to combine the traditional analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive assessment method to establish a fuzzy AHP-IE comprehensive assessment model. In the model, the three indexes; pollution sources, water quality, zoology are used to establish a comprehensive assessment index system for water environment security as- sessment of trans-basin water transfer project. An entropy model which can evaluate the quality of information given by evaluation specialists is established, to amend the index subjective weight given by specialists through the analytic hierarchy process. The combination weight decreases the subjectivity of weight decision effectively. Its application in Luanhe-Tianjin Diversion Project indicates that the proposed method is reliable and practical.
