浙江省农村饮水产业民营化改革研究

Research on Zhejiang Rural Drinking Water after the Market-oriented Reform

阐述了农村饮水产业民营化改革背景及民营化改革形式,然后就浙江省民营资本进入农村饮水产业状况和民营化改革的几种典型路径进行了分析,最后为推进浙江省农村饮水产业民营化改革,提出了合理界定政府责任、建立独立公正的监管机构等相关建议。

This paper describes the background of the reform of rural drinking water and forms of privatization reform, then Zhejiang Province prlvate capital to enter the rural drinking water situation and typical privatization reform are analyzed. Finally, some suggestions such as a reasonable definition of reform government responsibility and the establishment of an independent and impartial regulatory bodies are made.
