摘要
"5.12"四川汶川特大地震后,地震灾区有很大一部分始建于20世纪50、60年代的中小型水库出现险情,甚至溃坝。对于这些高危水库,若能提出一套周全的应急除险方案,就能避免很大的经济损失。以一些灾区震损水库作为典型,探讨中小型水库大坝的震损应急方案的设计,希望以此可以推广到其他震损水库的应急除险方案设计中去。
A large number of medium-sized and small reservoirs built in the 1950s and 1960s in the earthquake-stricken areas were in danger or even ran the risk of darn-break after the outbreak of the earthquake in Wenchuan on May 12, 2008. If we had proposed a comprehensive contingency plan for these high-risk reservoirs, we would have avoided enormous economic losses. Taking some reservoirs as an example, this paper is an attempt to discuss the contingency plans for earthquake-damaged reservoirs. Ifs hoped that those plans can be extended to other earthquake-damaged reservoirs.
