摘要
1986年,Teece从独占性机制、互补性资产与主导性设计三个方面建立了用以解释创新与独占性之间关系的PFI理论框架,为独占性问题提供了系统而全新的研究视角。20多年来,学者继承了Teece基本观点,对PFI分析框架不断完善与拓展。与国外相关研究层出不穷形成鲜明对照的是,国内对创新独占性问题的研究还相对薄弱。基于此,本文通过梳理近年来学术界对PFI分析框架的拓展与完善,探讨其未来的发展方向,及对中国创新研究的启示。
In 1986, Teece established PFI （ Profiting from Innovation） theoretical framework for analyzing the relation between innovation and appropriability, which provides a systematic and new perspective for analyzing the appropriability problem. The PFI framework includes three important determinants of innovation profit s, i. e. appro- priability regime, complementary assets and the dominant paradigm. In recent twenty--three years, the PFI frame- work has been developed and extended. On the contrary to the substantial amount of research on the appropriability abroad, the scholarly research relevant to the issue in China is relatively underdeveloped. In this paper, we review the PFI framework and its eontribution, In what follows inspiration for innovation research in China is put forward.
