Empirical Study On Science And Technology Input's Policy Basis Under Oriented Strategy Of Building Innovation State

在"创新型"国家战略、财政收支分类改革等背景下,各个地区都倾向于加大科技投入,并以加大研究开发投入为重点,而研究开发投入是否有显著的经济效果?对此,以安徽为研究对象,运用两种灰色关联算法和相关分析法,归纳前期的相关成果,给出了明确的结论。

Led by the strategy of building innovation state, all regions make for increasing investments on science and technology and focusing on R＆D,there is some doubt whether R＆D input has a significant effect on economic growth. To this,The author carry out a study by using gray relative and correlation analysis method choosing An- Hui as a research object,and on the basis of the foregoing academic research some conclusion.
