中小企业在我国经济和社会发展过程中,发挥着极其重要的作用。但与此同时,融资难问题却严重影响着中小企业的可持续发展。风险投资在解决中小企业"融资难"问题中有着特殊的意义,分析了我国风险投资在我国的发展和存在的主要问题,并提出了促进风险投资的发展,以推动中小企业可持续发展的一系列对策建议。

Small and Medium enterises is bringing the extremely important effect in the process of our country e- conomic and social development. But in the same time,The financing troublesome problem is affecting the SME sus- tainable development seriously. Venture capital has had peculiar significance in the resolving SME financing trouble- some problem. The thesis has analyzed venture capital primal problem in development and existence of our country, and submitted a series of countermeasure suggestion promoting development of venture capital, to drive SME sus- tainable development.
