摘要
提出了多领域设计知识模型的特征参数表示方法;通过对智能化配置技术的分析,研究了智能化配置在产品方案生成过程中的应用,构建了面向产品方案设计的智能化配置框架,建立了特征参数配置知识库,并给出了多领域特征参数求解推理过程。给出了产品方案设计平台的总体框架,并以此为基础开发了一个原型系统。
On the basis of analyzing design knowledge in the multi-fields,an approach to product conceptual design based on intelligent configuration was put forward.Firstly the parametric knowledge models were described.Secondly an intelligent conceptual design configuration framework was constructed.A configuration knowledge base was discussed,then the reasoning process of the parameters in the multi-fields were presented.Finally the conceptual design process of a controllable reducer was used as an example to show the feasibility of the configuration platform.
