摘要
通过差热分析方法,分别考察了KMnO4、CaCl2、Li2CO3等添加剂对石墨、煤粉着火温度的影响,并且通过烧结杯实验研究了上述添加剂对铁矿烧结速率的影响。结果表明,KMnO4、CaCl2、Li2CO3等添加剂能够降低烧结料中煤粉的着火温度,进而提高铁矿烧结速率;添加剂的加入量以煤粉质量的1%~3%为宜。
In this paper, the effects of KMnO4. CaCl2, Li2CO3 etc.on the ignition temperature of graphite and coal fines are investigated respectively through differential thermal analysis, and the effects of above additives on sintering rate of iron ores are studied through sintering pot test. The results show that such additives as KMnO4. CaC12, Li2CO3 can decrease the ignition temperature of coal fines in sintering material to accelerate sintering, and the feed of additives equaling to 1%- 3 % of coal fines mass is appropriate.
