Modification of Recuperation Fan for Grate Kiln of Xincheng Special Steel

江阴兴澄特种钢铁有限公司120万t/a氧化球团生产线投产后,由于回热风机叶轮磨损严重,寿命短,影响了生产线的作业率。为了解决这一问题,该厂针对影响叶轮寿命的原因进行了分析,在此基础上改进了叶轮结构和叶片材质,同时改造了烟气除尘系统,使回热风机的叶轮寿命由原来的4个月延长到1年。

After the 120 万 t/a oxidized pellet production line of Jiang Yin Xingcheng Special Steel Co. Ltd. was put into production, the availability of the production line was influenced due to serious wear and short life span of impeller of heat recuperation fan. In order to solve this problem, the causes for influencing the impeller life span were analyzed, the impeller structure and impeller material were modified based on this, at the same time, the flue gas dedusting system was also modified, thus the impeller lifespan of the heat recuperation fan was prolonged to one year from the original 4 months.
