本文从价值哲学的维度,阐发马克思劳动理论的道德价值,认为马克思从"谋生性劳动"中发现人的异化、剥削、不平等和奴役等价值形态,从"自主性劳动"中发现了人的自由、全面发展和社会和谐等价值形态。劳动是人格主体的自由、自主和自觉的创造性活动,其蕴涵的价值旨趣是评价社会公平、公正的道德标准。由此观之,以劳动为主轴的劳动价值论革命,实现了回归生活世界的价值哲学的第三次转向,也带来了以人的全面发展为主轴价值观念的重构,实现了以公平、正义为时代主题的价值论革命。

This paper explains the concept of moral value discussed in Marx's theory of labor from the dimension of value philosophy.It considers that Marx discovered those types of value such as human alienation, exploitation, un-justice, and enslavement from the labor for life, and found the value types such as the human freedom, the all-round way development, and the social harmoniousness from the voluntary labor.He maintained that labor is a creative activity independently and initiatively of personification subject, which contains the value purposes of social faire, justice, and ethic standard.In the light of such a vision, the revolution of labor value taken labor as the main axle realized the third change of direction returning to the value philosophy of the life world.It also brought a reconstruction of value concept taken human comprehensive development as its main axle, and then realized a revolution of value theory with fair and justice as a theme of the time.
