大学生思想政治工作的困境与对策分析

The Predicament and Strategies Analyses of Ideological and Political Work for University Students

当前高校学生思想价值体系越来越多元化，高校自身在学生管理服务工作方面也有一定的欠缺，因而，对于高校大学生的思想政治工作带来了新的困难。大学生思想教育工作需要坚持以学生为本的工作理念，发挥教师和辅导员行为的表率作用，坚持制度创新，开展各项主题教育活动，以有效地开展大学生思想教育工作。

At present, the system of ideas and values of university students become more and more diversified, institutions of higher education themselves existed some deficiencies on tile management service for the students, which brings new challenges for tile ideological and political work. From the two aspects of students and university itself, this paper analyzes the difficulty in managing the work of ideological and political work for the university students, and also presents the corresponding countermeasures for that problem.
