摘要 针对天然气管道裂纹检测问题,研制了一种天然气管道电磁超声裂纹检测器,包括大功率脉冲电源、放大接收电路、数据采集与压缩和检测数据分析软件。利用该检测器在天然气管道上进行检测,试验表明,该检测器可有效检测出长度>20mm、深度<1mm的应力腐蚀裂纹,具有良好的应用前景。 Aiming at crack detection of gas pipeline, an electromagnetic acoustic crack inspecting instrument of gas pipeline was developed. The high-power pulse electrical source, amplifying and receiving circuit, data sampling and compressing circuit and data analysis software were consisted. Crack detection experiments on gas pipe showed that the EMAT detection tool had high crack detection sensitivity, which could detect SCC cracks larger than 20 millimeters in length and 1 millimeter in depth.
