乳腺癌局部基因网络模型及其与营养代谢模块的耦联 被引量:1

摘要 利用局部基因网络模式方法构建了乳腺癌的局部基因网络与若干营养代谢模块的耦联图,初步展示了脂类代谢(其中包括酒精代谢)、多糖代谢、能量代谢和氨基酸代谢与乳腺癌易感基因之间的复杂联系,为研究复杂疾病与营养代谢失调之间的关系提供一个方法平台,也为乳腺癌病人个体化饮食营养配伍研究奠定分子基础。 A local network linkage between breast cancer susceptibility genes and nutrition metabolisms was constructed based on local gene network pattern (LGNP) approach. The linkage included lipid metabolism (including alcohol metabolism), polysaccharide metabolism, energy metabolism, and amino acid metabolism. It provided theoretical and technological basis to study relationships between complex diseases and individual nutritional regimen in future.
