摘要 采用沸水煎煮提取藤茶中二氢杨梅素,粗提取物经丙酮回流,水重结晶法进行纯化,制备分析用二氢杨梅素标准样品,通过紫外-可见光谱、红外光谱、液相色谱质谱、核磁共振谱进行结构分析,超高效液相色谱紫外检测面积归一法测定含量。结果表明提取方法简单、成本低,纯化后的产物纯度98.5%以上,结构分析结果表明该产物为二氢杨梅素。 Dihydromyricetin was extracted fi-om Ampelopsis grossedentata by boiling water. The crude extract was refluxed by acetone and purified by recrystallization with water, giving standard sample of dihydromyricetin for analysis use. The structure was identified by UV-vis spectrum, IR spectrum, LC-MS/MS and NMR. The purity of the extract was determinate by HPLC with area normalization method as 98.5%. The result showed that the extract method in this paper was simple with low cost.
