摘要
本文研究了叶绿体催化脱除亚硫酸盐中二氧化硫(SO2)的条件。经单因素实验分析得出,叶绿体脱除SO2的最佳pH为7.0、适宜温度在25℃;反应时间及叶绿体浓度与叶绿体脱除SO2效率成正相关。叶绿体对初始有效浓度为300mg/kg的SO2在最佳pH及温度进行脱除时,100mg/kg的叶绿体,反应1h即能使最终SO2的清除率达到96.13%;叶绿体对SO2的脱除作用与亚硫酸盐的形式无显著关系。叶绿体催化脱除SO2的原理是将亚硫酸盐催化氧化为对人体无害的硫酸盐。
The conditions for removal of sulfinic dioxide ( SO2 ) from sulfites by chloroplast were studied. The one-factor test indicated that, the optimal SO2-removal conditions by chloroplast were pH 7.0 and temperature 25℃. There was a positive correlation between SO2 elimination rate and chloroplast concentration. Under the optimum conditions, SO2 -removal rate of 100mg/kg chloroplast in the mixture containing 300mg/kg of initial effective SO2 reached 96.13% within 1 h. The type of sulfites showed little effect on the SO2-removal rate of chloroplast
