磁化技术提取地黄水苏糖的研究 被引量:9

摘要 以经过磁化的自来水作为提取溶剂,参考中药煎煮方法,在煮沸条件下提取地黄中水苏糖。利用响应曲面分析法来研究磁场强度、磁化时间、提取时间和料液比对响应变量的影响,得到的优化工艺参数为:磁场强度为0.2878T,磁化时间为74.34min,提取时间为1.96h,料液比为1:11。在此条件下水苏糖的提取率可达28.20%,水苏糖含量达到48.12%。采用磁化技术强化地黄水苏糖的提取过程,与未经磁化的自来水提取相比,水苏糖的提取率和含量分别提高了40.02%和20.27%。 According to traditional Chinese medicine decoction method, staehyose in Radix rehmanniae was extracted by magnetic water. The response surface methodology was used to analyze the effects of magnetization intensity, magnetic time, extraction time and ratio of liquid/solid on the extraction rate of stachyose in Radix rehmanniae. The optimum conditions were determined as follows: magnetization intensity 0.2878T, magnetic time 74.34 min,extract time 1.96h and ratio of liquid/solid 1:11. Under these conditions the rate of extract was 28.20% and content of stachyose was 48.12%, which were higher by 40.02% and 20.27% respectively than those with direct extract method of water.
