当归对阻塞性黄疸患者围手术期的免疫调节作用

Perioperative Action of Angelica on Immune Function in Patients with Obstructive Jaundice

为探讨当归围手术期对阻塞性黄疸患者的免疫调节作用，用当归注射液围手术期对患者进行治疗（共１４天），观察其外周血淋巴细胞ＩＬ－２活性及ＩＬ－２Ｒ表达的变化。结果表明：阻塞性黄疸患者血淋巴细胞ＩＬ－２活性及ＩＬ－２Ｒ表达均明显下降。术前应用当归可以显著改善患者ＩＬ－２活性和ＩＬ－２Ｒ表达；术后继续应用能有效缓解手术介导的免疫抑制。

To study the action of angelica on immune function in patients with obstructive jaundice, we treated the patients with angelica perioperatively (total 14 days), and measured the activity of IL 2 and expression of IL 2R in blood lymphocyte. The results show that the activity of IL 2 and the expression of IL 2R significantly decreased in patients with obstructive jaundice. Perioperatively using angelica could increase the activity of IL 2 and the expression of IL 2R significantly. Continuous application of the drug after operation could also reduce the operation mediated immune supression effectively. The results suggest that perioperatively using angelica is practicable in increasing immune function of patients with obstructive jaundice.
