印制电路板用电阻应变计选用方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 电阻应变计种类多,功能各异,使用者很难找到满足特定测量目的和测量环境的电阻应变计。提出了一种选用方法,从电阻应变计种类、敏感栅材料、基底材料、电阻值、尺寸、敏感栅结构型式和测试环境温度等方面综合考虑并结合生产商的电阻应变计型号编码系统就可以快捷地找到适合的印制电路板用电阻应变计。同时,针对绝大多数电子制造商不具备专业电阻应变计检定设备的现实,介绍了一套简单可行的电阻应变计检定工具,并通过实例证明该检定方法的可行性。 There are many types of resistance strain gauge with different functions, it is difficult for the users to find a suitable one. A selection method was proposed to enable rapid searching of suitable resistance strain gages for PCB (printed circuit board) strain measurement, by combining the manufacturer' s model coding system and consolidated considerations from the types of resistance strain gauge based on the sensitive grid materials, base materials, resistance value, size, sensitive grid structural shape and measurement environment temperature etc. At the same time, as most of the electronic manufactures have no specialized resistance strain gauge calibration equipment, a set of simple and practical resistance strain gauge calibration tools are introduced, and the feasibility of the calibration method is proved.
