摘要
介绍了如何藉由在老炼系统外部提供适当设计整合的模块,达成把单一功能的老炼系统扩充成为通用型功能的老炼系统的目的。由于产品不同,老炼试验的条件也不同。被称为"功能转换模块"的设计大大增加了老炼系统使用的弹性,也使得老炼试验将不再局限于系统本身所能提供的温度范围。这个功能转换模块的设计中心思想是把不同老炼系统的信道特性作分析,并找出共同或相近的地方,然后在考虑老炼试验细部的要求后设计出相关的模块来达成所需要的功能。在最终的研究成果以及实际的应用中可以证实这样的设计具有可执行性而且也可以扩大应用的领域。
A solution to expand a dedicated burn-in (BI) system to a multi-purpose one by an external switching matrix was introduced. Since the BI conditions vary with different products, a "switching matrix block" was added to enhance the flexibility of the existing BI system so as to provide a wider temperature range during tests. The development of this switching matrix block includes the analyses on channel characteristics of different BI systems, identify common or similar functions, pinpoint the particular specifications of the new cases, and propose the required function blocks in the new design. From the actual researches and practical cases, the reported methodology is successfully proved to be feasible and can greatly expand system applications.
