摘要
针对现有开发软件无法方便、高效地进行虚拟维修动作仿真的问题,提出了一种包含维修、维修事件、维修作业、基本维修作业、基于对象的维修动作的分解层次结构,该结构中基于对象的维修动作能承载虚拟现实设计软件提供的基本动作模型,有效地提高了仿真效率。给出了基于对象的维修动作的分类及定义,以3种典型基本维修动作为例,讨论了基于对象的维修动作设计与实现的思路和方法。以Vitrools和3DS Max软件为平台,采用可视化仿真脚本实现了虚拟维修动作的仿真,并以更换某型传真机扫描摩擦轮为例进行了验证,效果良好。
Details in virtual maintenance action simulation is generally overloaded with the existing simulation software. To alleviate this problem, a maintenance decomposition hierarchy is presented, which consists of maintenance, maintenance event, maintenance task, elementary maintenance activity and object-based maintenance action. The object-based maintenance action in this hierarchy can be supported by the basic model of action provided by virtual reality designed software, which improves efficiency of simulation effectively. The object-based maintenance actions are classified and defined respectively, the idea and method about how to design and implement the object-based maintenance action for virtual maintenance simulation are explained through three representative object-based maintenance actions. The virtual maintenance action simulation is developed with Vitrools and 3DS Max software, which adopts a visual simulation script mode, and is verified through simulating replace process of a scanning friction wheel in a certain type of fax machines with good result.
