摘要
以芳醛、丙二腈和4-氨基-2,6-二羟基嘧啶为原料,在离子液体[bmim+][BF4-]中80℃反应,合成了一系列的7-氨基-6-氰基-5-芳基吡啶并[2,3-d]嘧啶-2,4(1H,3H)-二酮衍生物.通过红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和元素分析确证产物的结构.和其它合成方法相比,该方法具有产率高、反应条件温和和环境友好等特点.
A series of 7-amino-6 eyano-5 aryl pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidine-2,4 (1 H, 3H )-dlone derivarives were synthesized by three component reactions of aromatic aldehydes, malononitrile and 4-amino-2,6+dihydroxylpyrimidine in ionic liquid [bmim^+][BF4^-] at 80 ℃. The structures of the products were characterized by IR, ^1HNMR spectra and elemental analysis. Compared with other synthetic methods, this new method has the advantage of good yields, milder reaction conditions and environmental benignity.
