摘要
本文尝试结合学院的实际,从发挥学生主体能动性、"以人为本"的管理理念、优化"军事化"管理体制等方面探讨高职学院学生管理工作的改革与创新。
The paper discusses the suggestions of the reform and innovation of student management work in higher vocational colleges by stimulating students＇ initiative, humanist management idea and optimizing the militarized management system.
