谷氨酰胺对运动小鼠血清中免疫指标的影响

摘要 目的探讨补充谷氨酰胺对运动小鼠血清中IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、IgG含量的影响。方法采用游泳方式运动小鼠,用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测补充谷氨酰胺后,运动小鼠血清中IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、IgG的含量。结果补充谷氨酰胺游泳组小鼠与游泳对照组小鼠相比,血清中IL-2、IL-6、IgG含量明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而血清中IL-4含量变化差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论补充谷氨酰胺对运动小鼠血清中IL-2、IL-6、IgG具有一定的调节作用。 [Objective]To investigate the effect of glutamine supplementation on the level of serum IL-2, IL-4, IL-6 and IgG in mice during exercise. [ Methods ] The levels of IL-2, IL-4, IL-6 and IgG in serum of mice that adopted swimming movements were determined by ELISA after supplementation of glutamine. [ Results] The levels of IL-2, IL-6 and IgG in glutamine supplementation group were significant higher than those of control group, the differences were significant ( P 〈 0.05 ), but the difference of IL-4 was not significant ( P 〉 0.05 ). [ Conclusion ] Glutamine supplementation has a certain effect of regulation on the levels of serum IL-2, IL-6, IgG in mice during exercise.
