摘要
目的探讨南宁市2006—2008年食源性疾病发生的特点和规律,为今后食源性疾病的预警和防控提供参考依据。方法对2006—2008年南宁市及辖县疾病预防控制中心处理及上报的食源性疾病事件资料进行统计分析。结果共收集食源性疾病事件111起,病例1761例,死亡5例。微生物引起的食源性疾病事件数和病例数最多,共53起,病例1223例,分别占总数的47.75%、69.45%;其次是原因不明的食源性疾病事件共25起,病例297例,分别占总数的22.52%、16.87%;有毒动植物性23起,病例211例,死亡3例,分别占总数的20.72%、11.98%、60.00%;化学性10起,病例30例,死亡2例,分别占总数的9.01%、1.70%、40.00%。原因不明的食源性疾病事件呈逐年上升的趋势。结论南宁市食源性疾病预防控制形势不容乐观,应加大加强食源性疾病的卫生应急联动建设,筑建严密的食源性疾病监控平台,以提高食源性疾病的预警和防控效力。
[ Objective] To investigate the characteristics and laws of food - borne disease in Nanning City during 2006--2008, and provide reference for early warning and control of it. [ Methods ] The data of food-borne disease incidents controlled and reported by Nanning CDC and local CDC of county level were collected and analyzed statistically. [ Results ] The number of the incidents was 111, with 1761 cases and 5 death eases. The largest number of food - borne disease incidents (53, 47.75% ) and eases ( 1223, 69.45% ) caused by micro-organisms, followed by unknown food-borne diseases (25 incidents, occupied 22.52% ; 297 cases, occupied 16.87% ) ; poisonous plants and animals caused 23 incidents ( 20.72% ) , 211 cases ( 11.98% ) and 3 death cases (60.00% ) ; chemicals caused 10 incidents (9.01% ) , 30 cases ( 1.70% ) and 2 death eases (40.00% ). Unknown food-borne disease showed annually upward tendency. [ Conclusion] Food-borne disease prevention and control situation is not optimistic in Nanning City. It is necessary to strengthen the construction of health and emergency response and monitoring platform to improve the effectiveness of early warning and control of food-berne disease.
