摘要
目的了解某军校4个年级学员的心理健康状况,为心理辅导和心理干预提供理论指导。方法在某军队院校每个年级中随机抽取100名学员,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)来评定学员的心理健康状况。结果除躯体化因子外,强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执和精神病性8个因子分显著高于军校学员常模。一、二年级之间、二、三年级之间学员的心理健康状况发生变化最大,二、四年级之间学员的心理健康状况变化最小。结论军校学员的心理问题比较突出,尤其是初入军校和面临毕业的学员,军队院校应加强心理健康教育,以提高学员解决心理问题的能力。
[ Objective] To understand the mental health status students in each grade of the military, college, and provide theoretical guidance for mental consultation and mental intervention. [ Methods] Totally 100 students were randomly selected, Symptom Checklist 90 ( SCL - 90 ) was adopted to evaluate the mental health status of the students. [ Results ] The 8 elements, apart from somatization, the symptom of compelling, sensitivity in interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety, hostility, terrorization, crankiness and mental disease, were obviously higher than the military undergraduates norm's. In addition, the students had got the biggest mentally change in the period of freshmen shifting to sophomore ; sophomore to junior ; while smallest mentally change in the students between sophomore and senior. [ Conclusion]The mental problems are serious among military students, especially for the freshmen and graduate. The mental health education should be enhanced in military college to improve the ability of military students to solve mental problem.
