泰安市中学生结核病防治知识健康教育干预效果评价 被引量:2

Evaluation of Intervention Effect of TB Control Health Education on Middle School Students

摘要 目的了解泰安市中学生结核病防治知识知晓情况,为学校开展健康教育提供依据。方法对某中学以班为单位,从不同年级抽取2625名学生分别在开展结核病健康教育前、后两次进行问卷调查。并进行统计分析。结果开展结核病健康教育前中学生结核病防治知识知晓率普遍不高,总知晓率为35.16%,各年级平均知晓率间无统计学意义(P>0.05),开展结核病健康教育后中学生结核病防治知识总知晓率为64.78%,各年级平均知晓率间也无统计学意义(P>0.05),但开展结核病健康教育前、后学生结核病知识知晓率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在学生中开展结核病健康教育,可以提高该人群结核病防治知识知晓率,效果良好。 [ Objective] To understand the awareness of TB control knowledge among middle school students in Taian City, and provide evidence for carrying out health education. [ Methods ] Totally 2625 students from each grade were selected and investigated twice before and after health education by questionnaire, taking class as surveying unit. The results were analyzed. [ Results ] The universal existence of lower awareness of TB knowledge presented in students before health education, total awareness rate was 35. 16%. No significant difference existed between different grades ( P 〉0.05 (. The total awareness rate of TB knowledge was 64.78% after health education. No significant difference existed between different grades ( P 〉 0.05 ). However, the difference of awareness rate before and after health education was significant( P 〈0. 01 ). [ Conclusion] Health education among middle school students can effectively improve their awareness of TB control knowledge.
