摘要
观察湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)对有芽胞厌氧菌(破伤风杆菌)、无芽胞厌氧菌(脆弱类杆菌、痤疮丙酸杆菌)和真菌(白色念珠菌)等的抗菌作用。将上述细菌分别接种在含MEBO的琼脂培养基上传代培养,观察MEBO对细菌的作用。实验结果MEBO使细菌的形态结构、培养特性等方面发生变异,并明显地影响细菌的生长繁殖速度和侵袭力。结果表明MEBO具有较强的广谱抗菌作用。
To test the antibacterial effect of MEBO against anaerobic spore-bearing bacillus(Bacillus tetani), anaerobic non-spore-bearing bacillus (Bacteroides fragilis, propionibacterium ac-nes) and fungi (Candida albicans), etc. MEBO was applied respectively onto the culture media of thesebacteria. The results revealed that there were variations of morphological structure and cultural charac-ter of these bacteria and their proliferation rate and invasive power were also significantly reduced.These results provide evidence for the antibacterial effect of MEBO.
