见血封喉树叶化学成分研究

Research on chemical constituents of the antiaris toxicaria Lesch leaves

目的:研究见血封喉树叶(Antiaris toxicaria Lesch.)的化学成分。方法:采用溶剂提取萃取法、柱色谱等方法分离纯化化学成分,通过理化性质、波谱学方法鉴定化合物结构。结果:从见血封喉树叶中分离得到3个化合物,分别鉴定为:壬二酸(1)、丁二酸(2)、香草酸(3)。结论:化合物1～3为首次从该植物中分离获得的已知化合物。

Objective： To study the chemical constituents of the antiaris toxicaria lesch leaves.Methods： Chromatographic methods were used to isolate and purify the chemical constituents.Structural features of the purified compounds were identified by analyzing the physicochemical properties and spectroscopy characteristics.Results： There were a total of 3 compounds isolated from antiaris toxicaria lesch leaves including azelaic acid（1）,succinic acid（2）,and vanillic acid（3）,respectively.Conclusion： Compounds 1-3 were isolated from the plant for the first time.
