脑心通治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛疗效观察

Curative effects of Naoxintong on unstable angina pectoris induced by coronary heart disease

目的:探讨脑心通治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:选取符合入选标准患者492例,随机单盲对照分为脑心通组342例和对照组150例,观察两组治疗前、后临床症状、心绞痛发作情况,硝酸甘油用量情况,心电图、心功能情况,血脂、血液流变学情况,总疗效及不良反应等。结果:两组治疗后效果优于治疗前,脑心通组治疗后各项指标与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:脑心通治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛疗效确切。

Objective：To investigate the curative effects of Naoxintong capsule on unstable angina pectoris（UAP）.Methods： In this single blind,randomized,comparative study,492 eligible cases were divided into Naoxintong group（342 cases） and control group（150 cases）.Before and after treatment,parameters including symptoms,tongue appearance and pulse condition,angina-onset related information,nitroglycerin dosage,ECG,heart function,serum lipids level,hemorheological changes were observed and compared between the two groups.Results： Both Naoxintong and the control groups demonstrated improvements while there are significant differences between the two groups referring to the observed parameters（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Naoxintong is effective on unstable angina pectoris.
