2617例住院患者抗生素使用分析

Utilization of antibiotics in 2617 inpatients

目的:探讨临床中抗生素的使用情况,为合理使用抗生素提供依据。方法:采用回顾性调查,利用药房软件系统综合分析我院2009年1月1日～3月31日2 617份出院病历患者抗生素使用情况。结果:住院患者抗生素使用率为73.3%,口服抗生素费用占整个抗生素使用费用的0.372%,抗菌药物应用频率最多的种类是头孢菌素类,尤以第3代头孢菌素为最多,一联、二联、三联、四联用药率分别为35.58%、40.01%、21.07%和3.34%,结论:该院抗生素药物的总体使用率偏高,存在部分不合理用药的情况,应落实抗生素的分级管理,加强细菌培养和药敏试验,搭建合理用药的监测平台,促进抗生素的合理使用。

Objective： To investigate the use of antibiotics in 2 617 inpatients,and to provide evidence for clinical rational use of antibiotics.Methods： Analyzed the use of antibiotics in 2 617 inpatients from January 1 to March 31 in 2009 with pharmacy software system.Results： The 73.3% of patients had used antibiotics.The oral administration of antibiotics accounted for 0.372%.Cephalosporin was the most frequent,of which DDDs of the third-generation held the top one.The usage rate of antibiotics used in single kind,combination with two,three and four kinds were 35.58 %,40.01 %,21.07 % and 3.34 %,respectively.The irrational use of antibiotics manifested itself as the inappropriate prevention,violating requirements of sequential therapy,and administration with no indications or super-indications.Conclusion： The usage of antibiotics in the hospital is too frequent,and the irrational use is quite common.To promote the rational use,it needs management from different levels,strengthen the bacterial culture and sensitivity test,and set up monitoring platform for rational drug use.
