Objective: To explore pathogen infection of chlamydia trachomatis(CT),ureaplasma urealyticum(UU),neisseria gonorrhoeae(NG) in sexually transmitted diseases(STD) and maternity clinics outpatients.Confirm the high risk population of STD prevention and cure. Methods: The CT,UU,NG of secretion in 1207 suspected STD cases in STD and maternity clinics from January 2006 to October 2007 were detected by the means of fluorescent quantitative PCR.Results:Total positive rate was 48.30%,positive rate in female was higher than that in male(56.28% vs 29.75%,P〈0.01),positive rate of CT-DNA in male was higher than that in female(P〈0.05),positive rate of UU-DNA in male was lower than that in female(P〈0.01);Mixture infection rates of 3 pathogens(CT+UU,UU+NG,CT+UU+NG) in female were much more than that in male, while had no statistics significance(P〉0.05) between them.Total infection rate of 3 pathogens in 18-50 age group was higher than that of others(P〈0.01).There were statistics significance among each aged group on infection of CT-DNA and UU-DNA(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Infection rates of CT,UU,NG pathogens in suspected STD cases from Jingzhou Centre Hospital are relatively higher.Total positive rate is 48.30%,mostly are cases of mixture infection, most of the infected cases are at age from 18 to 40;female are more severely.
