摘要
目的:评价低场磁共振成像对主动脉夹层动脉瘤(aortic dissection,AD)的诊断价值。方法:对急、慢性期的12例主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者行包括轴位、左前斜失状位、冠状位成像的MRI检查,其中6例同时行磁共振血管造影(CE-MRA)。结果:12例均能清晰显示病变的范围,夹层起始部位、内膜片及真假腔,其中6例假腔内显示血栓。12例患者按DeBaKey分型:Ⅰ型5例,Ⅱ型2例,Ⅲ型5例。结论:MRI对AD的诊断有重要价值,且无创伤性,并为临床提供详尽、可靠的信息,是AD的首选无创性检查方法。
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of low-field magnetic resonance imaging in detecting aortic dissection aneurysm.Methods: Axial,coronal and left anterior oblique(LAO) MRI examinations were performed on 12 cases with acute or chronic aortic dissection aneurysm,on 6 of whom magnetic resonance angiography(MRA) examination was also performed on.Results: Low-field MRI clearly demonstrated where the original intimal tear is located,the extent of the dissection,and whether the lumen is true or false in all cases.It also showed thrombus that presented in 6 cases.According to the DeBakey classification system,5,2 and 5 cases were classified as typeⅠ,type Ⅱ and type Ⅲ aortic dissection aneurysm,respectively.Conclusion: Since MRI is trauma-free and can produce detailed and accurate information,it's an optimal examination for the diagnosis of aortic dissection aneurysm.
