摘要
当前相当多幼儿园开设英语课,但是教学效果有待于进一步提高,从双语制和双方言视角来探讨儿童语言包括母语和第二语言的习得,认为人为地创造语言环境良好的家庭和幼儿园,是提高目前中国儿童学习英语效率的重要措施之一。
English as a course is established in the kindergartens all over the country, but there is a lot to be improved in the present English teaching and learning. This paper is to obtain the implication by analyzing bilingualism and bidilectism, which stresses that language learning environment, families, kindergartens and the society are of the importance to pupil's acquisition of their mother tongue and second language. So it is an effective measure to set up a good language learning environment for pupils in families and kindergartens as well.
