In the practice of the management in recent years,with the principle of ＂establishment of institutions,improvement of system,advancement gradually,creation of mechanism＂,the management system and monitoring mechanism have been established for every element in the instructional progress,which demands the involvement of all the students,the teachers and the leaders in the teaching process.Great effort to create a set of monitoring mechanism has been made for the teaching quality,which has its own characteristic of combination of inspection and random inspection, evaluation and competition, monitoring and constructing.
