On Cultural Construction of Teaching Quality in Colleges and Universities

我国高等教育从扩大规模的外延式发展向提高质量的内涵式发展转变已是必然趋势。提高教学质量是当前高校面临的首要任务,加强教学质量文化建设是提高教学质量的有效途径。文章在论述教学质量文化的内涵、特点和功能的基础上,提出了加强高校教学质量文化建设的六条措施。

It is inevitable for higher education to transfer from the extensional development of scale expansion to the connotative development of improving the quality. Improving the quality of teaching is the most important task facing colleges and universities at present, strengthening cultural reconstruction of teaching quality is an effective approach to improving the quality of teaching. This paper proposes six measures in strengthening the cultural construction of teaching quality in colleges and universities based on the discussion of its connotation, characteristics and function.
