摘要 基于USB总线的虚拟数字存储示波器主要是由USB数据采集卡以及运行于上位机的示波器软件组成,实现了对被测信号波形的显示、分析、存储等功能。硬件部分主要由一块基于USB总线的数据采集卡构成,软件设计总体上包括数据采集、触发控制、波形显示、参数测量、波形存储与回放五大功能模块组成。将数据采集卡和示波器功能软件安装在PC机上,即可构成功能强大的数字存储示波器。 The virtual digital storage oscillograph based on the USB bus is consisted of a data sample card based on USB bus and oscillograph software running on the computer, this oscillograph can display the waveform, analysis and storage the signal measured. The hardware is composed of a data sample card based on the USB bus, the software is composed of the five functional modules of data sample, trigger control, waveform display, parameter measurement, waveform storage and playback module totally. We can construct a powerful digital storage oscillograph just by installing the data sampling card and oscillograph function software on the computer.
