摘要
对铣刨机的铣刨转子进行了运动学分析;运用Pro/Engineer建立零部件模型并对其进行了虚拟装配,描述了用ADAMS软件对铣刨机铣刨转子进行运动学参数分析的方法,并对铣刨的不平度进行了测定。该方法也适用于煤矿巷道卧底机工作装置的设计和运动学分析。
On the pavement milling machine milling rotor design of the structure and kinematics was analysed.Using Pro/Engineer has established spare part model and hypothesized assembling.The kinematics parameter analysis method has described with the ADAMS software,and the undulation which digs to the road surface mill has determined.The method is suitable for attachment of the bottom ripping machine of the coal mine roadway.
