圆弧形复合柔性铰链转动刚度的研究 被引量:8

摘要 为了满足并联机器人机构定位准确、结构紧凑的工作要求,提出一种新型柔性铰链-圆弧型复合柔性铰链。根据材料力学理论,给出了其转动刚度计算公式的推导过程并用ANSYS软件建立了该柔性铰链的有限元模型,通过有限元方法验证了此公式的正确性。 For the need of locating exactly and compact structure of parallel robot mechanisms,a noval flexure hinge which is named compound circular arc flexure hinge is presented.Based on the basic equations of material mechanics,the deduction process of its rotational stiffness is listed,and validated by finite element method.
