According to cause analysis of heat treatment stress and deformation,the corresponding improved measure is put forward.Correctly choose die ＆amp; mould materials,reasonably design die ＆amp; mould construction,improve the heat treatment method of preparation,optimize heat treatment technique and others,and use the heat treatment method of the anti-deformation for the checking their heat treatment deformation.
