摘要
利用Inventor软件对零件进行虚拟设计,并使设计的零件具有变量化、参数化的特性。为了使斜齿轮的齿廓形状更加精确,在AutoCAD中利用VBA编制了齿槽图形绘制程序,并将其绘制的图形引入Inventor草图中作为生成齿槽的基础,同时引入了CAGD作为辅助设计手段,使建模所需的参数求解高效、准确并具有变量化特性。所设计的零件可为进一步分析应力、应变,空间运动和数控加工等打下坚实基础。
The virtual design of parts by Inventor software is carried, the parts designed have variables and parametric characteristics. In order to cause helical gear's tooth profile shape to be more precise, has established the gear groove drawing program in AutoCAD using VBA, and introduces the plan graph in sketch of Inventor as the foundation to generate gear groove, simultaneously introduces CAGD as the aided design method, so that the necessary parameters for solving modeling are efficient, accurate and have variable characteristics. Part designed can lay a solid foundation to further stress and strain analysis, space sports analysis, CNC machining and so on.
