摘要
本文以丙烯酸、正辛醇为原料,强酸性离子交换树脂作为催化剂,催化酯化反应。考察了催化剂用量、种类、以及催化剂循环使用次数对酯化率的影响,并考察了催化剂的使用温度范围。结果表明,NKC-9型强酸性离子交换树脂具有良好的催化活性,在醇酸摩尔比为1.2∶1,催化剂用量为酸醇总质量的7%,105℃下回流分水5.0h的反应条件下,最高酯化率可达97.8%;并且该强酸性离子交换树脂的催化性能比较稳定,可以多次循环使用,重复使用10次时,其酯化率仍在90%以上,从而可实现易分离、可循环的目的。
Catalytic ability of strong acid cation exchange resin for esterification reaction was investigated with acrylic acid and 1-octanol as model system. The kind and quantity of catalysts, reaction time, temperature and cycle times were investigated. The results show that NKC-9 strong acid cation exchange resin exhibited highest catalytic activity. When mole ratio of acrylic acid to 1-octanol was 1.2: 1, the efficiency of esterification could reach 97.8 % after 5.0 hours reflux at 105℃ with 7%wt NKC-9 as catalyst. Besides,the NKC-9 type strong acid cation exchange resin show good stability, reusable, and the efficiency of esterification could still exceed 90% when 10 cycle times. These show that NKC-9 is the best candidate with good catalytic ability and easy separation and cycle property.
