摘要
目的通过了解齿轮箱厂项目存在的职业病危害及其控制效果,提出进一步改进措施。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查、工作场所职业病危害因素检测和检查表法等方法对建设项目进行评价。结果该项目存在的主要职业病有害因素是电焊烟尘、锰及其化合物、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙酸乙酯和噪声等;除粗加工区切割和手工焊的烟尘浓度超过国家职业卫生标准外,其余各检测点空气中粉尘和毒物的浓度以及噪声的强度均符合国家标准。结论该项目职业病危害因素的防护措施基本有效、可行,但应采取严格的职业卫生防护措施和管理措施,建立健全各项职业卫生管理制度和应急救援预案,降低职业病发生的危险,切实保护劳动者的健康权益。
[ Objective ] To understand the occupational hazards and control effect in a project of gear-box factory and propose further measures for improvement. [ Methods ] The spot occupational hygiene investigation, occupational risk factors detection and check list in the workplaces were applied to evaluate the control effect on the occupational, hazards in the construction project. [ Results ] The main hazards were welding fume, manganese and its compounds, benzene, toluene, xylene, ethyl acetate and noise in this project. The concentrations of dust and toxicant and the intensity of noise were consistent with national standards at all the other monitoring points except for the concentration of dust in the workplaees of cutting and manual welding. [ Conclusion ] The protective measures a- gainst occupational hazards in this project are feasible and effective. But strict protective and administrative measures should be taken on. Administrative rules and regulations on occupational hygiene and emergency rescue measures should be established and strength- ened to reduce the risk of occupational diseases and protect the workers'health.
