Law Enforcement Pattern and Method of Occupational Health Surveillance

目的制定职业健康监护执法模式,规范职业健康监护执法工作。方法运用职业病危害调查、取证方法,结合职业卫生法律、法规及标准规定和职业病防治知识进行综合分析和探索。结果提出了职业健康监护执法模式,确定了职业健康监护执法的方法和内容。结论该模式对规范职业健康监护执法是切实可行的。

[ Objective] To establish law enforcement pattern of occupational health surveillance, and standardize the law enforce- ment. [ Methods ] Occupational hazard investigation, evidence-gathering techniques, together with occupational health law and occu- pational disease prevention knowledge were adopted to conduct comprehensive analysis and exploration. [ Results ] Law enforcement pattern of occupational health surveillance was put forward, and the method and content were also identified. [ Conclusion ] The pat- tern is feasible in standardization of law enforcement of occupational health surveillance.
