摘要
目的探讨食品、公共场所从业人员预防性健康检查工作模式改革的意义,并就存在的问题提出建议和对策。方法通过一年工作实践和督导情况及对以往工作的研究和比较,结合实际阐述。结果由医院承担预防性健康检查和卫生知识培训的工作模式,有利于医疗资源更好的整合,疾病控制工作更加突出,卫生知识培训与健康教育更好融合,从业人员持健康证持有率上升了44.98%,卫生知识培训证持有率上升了49.85%。结论预防性健康检查工作模式的改革取得了初步成效,有利于建立有效的公共卫生服务和竞争机制,但应严格督导管理,建立技术人员培训机制,出台外出体检的工作规范。
[ Objective] To discuss the significance of reform on preventive physical examination pattern among the employed in food industry and public place, and put forward the proposal and the countermeasure on the existence question. [ Methods ] One year working practice and supervision situation, investigation and comparison of former works were studied, and the results combined with practical were expounded. [ Results ] The pattern was beneficial to integration of medical resources, which the preventive physical ex- amination and hygienic knowledge training performed by the hospital. And disease control work was more prominent, hygienic knowl- edge training and health education inosculated better. The ceaificate holding rate of healthy card and hygienic knowledge training card among the employed increased 44.98% and 49.85%, respectively. [ Conclusion] The reform of preventive physical examina- tion pattern obtained preliminary effect, it was beneficial to establishment effective public health service and the competitive system. However, supervision should be managed strictly, technical personnel mechanism should be established and specification of egress physical examination should be made.
