摘要
目的探讨立体定向治疗帕金森氏病的方法。方法采用螺旋CT薄层扫描解剖定位,多点毁损治疗帕金森氏病53例。结果53例患者中,显效48例,有效4例,无效1例,无死亡病例。结论丘脑Vim核毁损为初次手术安全有效靶点。
[ Objective ] To investigate the method of stereotatic bilateral multiple-target combined with radiofrequency ablation on Parkinson s disease. [Methods] A total of 53 patients with Parkinson s disease were treated with spiral CT-guided to locate the bilat- eral multiple-target of ablation. [ Results] Of 53 patients, 48 had significant improvement,4 only had some improvement and 1 case had no improvement, without death case. [ Conclusion] The Vim thalamotomy is an effective and safe target for initial surgery , with successful damage.
