新生儿皮肤医院感染调查分析

Investigation on Hospital Infection of Newborn Skin

目的探讨新生儿皮肤医院感染的原因和控制措施。方法对2001年1月—2008年12月在中原油田总医院儿科住院的4863例新生儿患者进行了调查。结果发生新生儿皮肤医院感染374例,感染率为7.69%;感染主要以新生儿脐炎(180例)和新生儿脓疱疮(157例)为主,其病原菌主要是金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、乙型链球菌和表皮葡萄球菌。结论新生儿皮肤的特点是新生儿皮肤感染的内因,环境因素是外因,工作人员、新生儿母亲及家属在新生儿感染中起关键作用。

[ Objective ] To investigate the causes of hospital infection of newborn skin and its control measures. [ Methods ] Totally 4863 pediatric inpatients of newborns in Zhongyuan Oil Field Genera/Hospital from January 2001--December 2008 were investiga- ted. [ Resu/ts ] A total of 347 cases of newborn skin hospita/infection were diagnosed, accounted for 7.69% ; infections mainly focus on neonatal omphalitis and neonatal impetigo （157 cases}. The main pathogens were Staphylococcus anreus, Escheriehia eoli, B Streptococcus and Staphylococcus epidermidis. [ Conclusion ] Newborn skin is characterized by the internal causes of neonatal skin infections, environmenta/factors are externa/factors; working staff, families of mothers and newborns play a pivotal role in the neo- natal infections.
