Design of Testing System for Performance of Tank Gearbox

介绍了某型坦克变速箱测试原理及测试系统设计方案。针对变速箱的规范测试流程与现场工作环境,设计了集机械、液压、电气于一体的检测系统硬件平台。基于Labwindows开发了自动测试软件,应用了数据库、多线程、动态数据交换等多种技术,实现了试验流程自动化,高效完成了采集数据处理与性能评估。

The test theory and design project of a test system for performance of tank gearbox is discussed. An automatic testing platform including mechanism, hydraulic system, electric system is designed based on the gearbox testing criterion and working environment. The test software is developed based on Labwindows, in which the technologies of database, multi-threads and Dynamic Data Exchange are applied. The automation of test process and the high efficiency of quality evaluation are realized.
