摘要
目前中小学校长培训中存在着培训与使用脱节、培训层次不分、形式单一、考核不到位等问题,应在健全培训管理制度、分层次培训、强化培训等考核,对培训效果进行跟踪评估四个方面进行改善。
In contemporary headmasters' training, there are many problems, for instance, the disjointed relationship between training and its application, less pertinence, and of unitary form. Therefore, efforts should be spared in terms of improving training management system, enhancing training pertinence, intensifying performance tests and carrying out effects assessment follow-up.
