陕西省农村义务教育经费投入变化分析

Analysis of the Fund Input in the Compulsory Education in Shaanxi Rural Area

近几年,陕西农村义务教育经费投入总量呈上升趋势,增速较快,但波动较大;财政性投入增长较快,非财政性投入有下降趋势,说明新的经费投入保障机制有挤出效应;应加强多渠道教育经费投入体制。

Recent years, the total amount of fund input in the compulsory education m Shaanxi rural area shows an increasing tendency in general. However, it grows quickly with large fluctuation. Comparatively speaking, fiscal input increases faster, while non-fiscal input shows a downward tendency, from which we may conclude that the new security mechanism has a crowing-out effect on the non-fiscal input. Therefore, strengthening the multi-channel funding system is urgently needed.
