摘要 教师专业化发展主要靠教师自身努力(内因),培训(外因)只是一种辅助手段。我们应当理性看待师资培训问题。期望仅依靠师资培训一劳永逸地从根本上提升教师专业素质是不现实的。对中学数学教师的问卷调查与个别访谈均表明,目前中学数学师资培训从培训理念、培训方法、培训内容、培训过程等方面存在诸多问题,均急需改进。我们认为中学数学教师培训不但要关注当前教学实践中存在的问题,更要在促使教师主动积极地进行教学改革方面下功夫。 The professional development of teacher mainly depends on their own efforts (internal cause), training (external cause) is merely an assistant mean. People should teat the issue of teacher training rationally. It is unpractical to enhance teachers' professional quality only via teacher training. In the research, both ques- tionnaires and individual interview results indicate that there are many problems in the high school mathematic teachers' training at the aspects of training concept, training method, training content and the training proce- dure as well. The problems need to be solved urgently. The authors of this paper hold the view that in high school mathematic teachers' training, aside from paying much attention to the problems encountered in teaching practice, making every effort in promoting the teachers to carry out teaching reformation actively and intensely is also required.
